This Syrah is comprised of three different clones from Hilltop and Helen’s Block in our estate vineyard. It is a signature wine in the Flat Creek Estate portfolio and showcases the exceptional vines found on the Texas Hill Country property.
The Tasting Notes:
Plum and blackberry aromas abound in this unique vintage of Estate Syrah. The usual overwhelming acidity takes a backseat to grippy tannins and rich chocolate notes in the 2016 vintage. Enjoy this wine with eggplant parmesan during your next meatless Monday dinner.
