Reserve Syrah 2017
The Story:
As the Texas wine industry expands, we are proud to offer Texas Hill Country AVA Syrah. In 2015, we blended Flat Creek Estate Syrah with a small amount of Petite Sirah from neighboring Hoover Valley Vineyards. Vintage 2017 yielded exceptional quality fruit and in quantities large enough to gift us two 100% Estate Bottled Syrahs. The Reserve Syrah that our club members have grown to love was sourced from our oldest Syrah vineyard in Helen's Block while the non-reserve Syrah was sourced from Hilltop Block, a block dedicated specifically to Syrah.
