Rosé 2016
The Story:
Our Rosé program was first crafted from our Primitivo grapes and released in 2004 & 2006. Each year our Rosé program is composed of a different blend of grape. Our winemaker focuses on the chemistry of the current vintage to determine which grapes best fit into our rosé program. In 2016 it is our
Estate Montepulciano & Estate Sangiovese.
The Tasting Notes:
The brightness of the 2016 Rosé is amazing! It’s watermelon hues reflect in the summer sun and makes you dream of Mediterranean afternoons. The candied watermelon and lemongrass aromas carry through onto the palate. It’s a juicy wine perfect for a summer afternoon!
