Cuvee Blanc
The Story:
This white wine is a refreshingly delightful blend of exceptional fruit sourced from our partnerships with growers across the state. The wine was created by Winemaker Tim Drake to meet requests for a white wine as pleasing to the palate as it is to the pocketbook...while making us Texas proud!
The Tasting Notes:
Our 2018 bottling of Cuvee Blanc is a blend of fruit from the 2015 & 2017 Texas High Plains harvests. You can expect the crisp minerality from past vintages and a nice fresh rain on river rock aroma. You’ll notice slight oxidative characteristics reminiscent of a Grand Cru Chablis from it’s 50% long term barrel aging regime.
