Cuvee Blanc 2015
The Story:
This white wine is a refreshingly delightful blend of exceptional fruit sourced from our partnerships with growers across the state. The wine was created by Winemaker Tim Drake to meet requests for a white wine as pleasing to the palate as it is to the pocketbook...while making us Texas proud!
The Tasting Notes:
Our 2015 Cuvee Blanc is a blend of 50% Viognier, 25% Chenin Blanc, and 25% Blanc du Bois sourced from Texas. It’s reminiscent of your favorite bottle of un-oaked Chardonnay with its tropical notes and a touch of floral. Enjoy with a creamy Pasta Alfredo.
