Cuvee Blanc 2018
The Story:
This white wine is a refreshingly delightful blend of exceptional fruit sourced from our partnerships with growers across the state. While Viognier has been a mainstay in the blend, the other varietals have rotated throughout the years.
The Tasting Notes:
The newest vintage of Cuvee Blanc is a blend of Viognier, Muscat Blanc, and Blanc Du Bois. The beautiful tropical notes of Viogner with a hint of floral from the Muscat Blanc is most alluring. With 50% Neutral Oak aging, there is a softness that can only be achieved with barrel aging. Enjoy this quintessential white wine with a tower of seafood!
