Crafted in partnership with UT, this bright and refreshing white blend captures the spirit of Texas Hill Country. Estate-grown, it combines 70% Muscat Blanc for delicate floral aromatics and 30% Pinot Grigio for a crisp, clean finish.  An inviting floral bouquet with delicate aromas of ripe pears and juicy peaches. The crisp, refreshing palate unfolds with bright citrus notes seamlessly intertwined with hints of exotic fruit. Easy-drinking and perfectly chilled for game day.

Pale straw in color, this Pinot Grigio opens with delicate floral aromas of hibiscus and tropical fruit, accented by a subtle hint of vanilla. The crisp citrus on the palate delivers a refreshing edge, evolving into notes of baked apple and passion fruit on a generous, rounded mid-palate. A touch of freshly cut grass adds vibrancy, leading to an enduring finish marked by bright minerality.

The 2023 Palomino blend is a unique expression of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Muscat Blanc, exclusive to Flat Creek Estate. Aged in neutral French oak and stainless steel, it offers a floral bouquet with exotic fruits and lemon peel. The palate is dry, featuring balanced  acidity with bright notes of lemon, pineapple, and pear, leaving a lingering, refreshing finish.
