Reserve Super Texan 2014
The Story:
Our Super Texan Reserve program began in 2012 to allow Winemaker Tim Drake to craft a special small lot blend of our already famous Super Texan. The 2014 Super Texan’s large Cabernet Sauvignon component helps develop the deep color and structure typical of its influencer, Super Tuscan. We recommend enjoying it with traditional Italian fare like Osso Buco and Meat-Based Pizza!
The Tasting Notes:
This more traditional Super Tuscan style blend derives its dark color and complex structure from the 24% Cabernet Sauvignon. It exhibits bright cherry and a baking spice finish. Enjoy with Osso Buco, Braised Lamb Shanks, or Meat-Based Pizzas!
