Our 2015 Dolcetto is a dry, bright, fresh wine styled to be enjoyed every day. Made in 100% stainless steel tanks and aged for 7 months, this wine is a refreshing choice for the spring & summer!
Our 2014 Super Texan is a Sangiovese blend with notes of Bing cherry, blueberry and warm vanilla. It is a medium-bodied wine with a full mid-palate highlighted by flavors of plum, blackberry and toasty oak. The balanced acidity and supple tannins support aromas of vanilla, blackberry and cassis that carry into a long finish with a hint of smoke and spice.
Our Syrah program has been an excellent example of a winemaker's influence. In early years, some might remember, the zesty "Shiraz" from our Australian-influenced winemaker. Later our Syrah developed a lusher and bolder California style. In 2014 Winemaker Tim Drake took our Syrah program to the "Old World" style by blending in 20% of rustic Mourvedre. A vertical tasting of our Syrah program would be a true delight!
Typical of Zinfandel, this light-bodied wine exhibits bright acidity, ripe cranberry and strawberry aromas. Flavors of holly and clove develop over time. Enjoy this wine with Texas Bar-B-Que and holiday deep-fried turkey!
The influence of Barbera is clear in this light-bodied wine with a tannic punch. Don’t let the fresh raspberry aromas fool you, this is a wine made for heavy winter meals.

Comprised of Texas Tempranillo grapes with a splash of Mourvedre out of Lodi, CA this Tempranillo is an easy drinking red wine to pair with your next Texas Bar-B-Que! Look for the traditional notes of tobacco and lavender with dark black cherry fruits.
The 2013 Four Horsemen exhibits the traditional blackberry notes found in our Syrah with a unique Texas meatiness. Although light-bodied, the wine’s tannins and dark fruits appeal to the bold red wine drinker. Enjoy this wine with Texas Whitetail Deer around a campfire.
The 2014 Nebbiolo opens with delicate floral and eucalyptus notes suggesting an equally soft wine but, the bold tannins will surprise you! Drink this wine with braised pork, fried polenta and washed-rind cheeses.
This traditional Italian varietal is thought of as one of Italy’s top three wine grapes (along with Nebbiolo and Sangiovese). The 2014 Aglianico aromas include fall underbrush, cigar box and blackberry bramble. This well structured wine pairs beautifully with traditional Italian Soppressata and Texas Beef Brisket.
Our 2013 Pinotage is a bold, full bodied wine with supple tannins and a slightly spicy finish. The nose is highlighted by notes of blueberries and bramble before revealing the core of mocha and bannana that's the signature of this variety. The broad mid-palate reinforces the nose and adds layers of Bing cherries and cassis before slipping into a long finish with hints of toasted vanilla. This is our last vintage of Pinotage! Fill your cellar with this exceptional wine!
Good luck finding another Beclan in the United States. This almost extinct grape varietal is sparsely grown in the Franche-Comté region of France and almost never bottled on it’s own. We hope you’ll take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity to taste a 100% Beclan wine!
Warm weather Syrah is forceful, full-bodied and showcases plum and raisin characteristics unlike anything else. Our 2013 Syrah exhibits all these warm weather characteristics at a much lower alcohol than is typical for warm weather Syrah. At only 13.4% alcohol, the wine isn’t overly heavy but, it is still bold and delightfully expressive.
This richly tannic wine expresses Petite Sirah’s traditional blackberry jam characteristics with an underlying smokiness. The bright acidity, and supportive oak fill the mouth and balance the intense tannins. Enjoy this wine with venison, wild boar or other hearty meats.
