Reserve Viognier 2016
The Story:
Introducing our second release of Reserve Viognier! This vintage was 100% barrel fermented in 60% New Russian Oak & 40% Once Used Russian Oak. The resulting wine presents subtle woody characteristics and a delightful fruity flavor. Test it side by side with our non-reserve Viognier!
The Tasting Notes:
Aged in Russian oak, our 2016 Reserve Viognier expresses true varietal flavors with a touch of woodiness. You’ll notice the tropical pineapple and a hint of dried apricots on the palate. Subtle coconut is derived from the barrel aging. Treat yourself to a bottle of Reserve Viognier with your next sushi order.
