Reserve Viognier 2015
The Story:
Introducing our first release of Reserve Viognier! You will love this wine that was delicately aged in Russian Oak barrels. Russian oak develops the freshness and the aromatic nature of the grape variety. The resulting wine presents a less intense woody character and instead, a more perceptible fruity flavor. Test it side by side with our non-reserve Viognier!
The Tasting Notes:
Aged in Russian oak, our 2015 Reserve Viognier expresses true varietal flavors with little woodiness. You’ll notice the tropical grapefruit, pineapple and apricot notes with a subtle backdrop of coconut derived from the barrel aging. Treat yourself to a bottle of Reserve Viognier with your next sushi order.
