Intense aromas of white flowers and Meyer lemon integrates with jasmine blossom and fresh cut grass.  A smooth and light sweetness on the palate highlights the lingering notes of lychee and honeysuckle. 

The 2021 Rosé opens with aromas of sweet strawberry jam.  The strawberry carries through to the palate with an off-dry finish perfect for spicy cajun crawfish or Tex-Mex.  

Our Estate Red Blend is designed to showcase the results when exceptional Texas fruit is crafted with exceptional winemaking skill. This wine showcases our unique terroir and reflects the strength each of the four varieties contributes. The blend was created by choosing only the best barrels for each variety which were painstakingly combined to achieve a wine of supreme depth and balance. This wine was unfined and unfiltered to preserve every subtlety possible. Each limited installment will only be produced when the fruit demands.

Our first release of Texas Petite Sirah is a dark garnet color with a sweet sherry aroma.  On the palate, you'll enjoy flavors of chocolate-covered honeycomb.  Cheese and gourmet chocolate truffles with a bottle of this Petite Sirah are the perfect ending to date night.    

As the Texas wine industry expands, we are proud to offer Texas Hill Country AVA Syrah.  In 2015, we blended Flat Creek Estate Syrah with a small amount of Petite Sirah from neighboring Hoover Valley Vineyards.  Vintage 2017 yielded exceptional quality fruit and in quantities large enough to gift us two 100% Estate Bottled Syrahs.  The Reserve Syrah that our club members have grown to love was sourced from our oldest Syrah vineyard in Helen's Block while the non-reserve Syrah was sourced from Hilltop Block, a block dedicated specifically to Syrah.
