Buttero 2018

Buttero, our newest ruby colored blend, takes his name from the Italian Cowboys. It entices with a bouquet of dark cherry, ripe strawberry, and a hint of black pepper. Extended aging for 60 months in a mix of new and neutral oak, it offers velvety tannins, fresh red fruits, and a touch of clove, showcasing extraordinary depth and complexity.

Pairing: Italian lasagna, wild boar ragu served over pappardelle.
