Moscato Secco 2018
The Story:
The term secco means dry in Italian. Our Moscato Secco is a dry to off-dry Muscat wine developed in response to feedback by our Wine Club members. Over the years, our club members have enjoyed our semi-sweet style Muscat wines and would always respond with "I love how this isn't too sweet". We wondered what would happen if we took the semi-sweet style a step further in the dry direction. The result is this delicious wine with wonderful floral aromas and a crisp off-dry finish.
The Tasting Notes:
This dry Muscat Blanc wine is a refreshing spring and summer sipper. Bounding with citrus notes, tart grapefruit and a bit of yeastiness on the finish, this wine pairs wonderfully with fresh spring & summer salads.
