Blanc du Bois 2016
The Story:
The popularity of Blanc du Bois has increased significantly over the past few years and made its way into the Flat Creek wine portfolio in 2014. We source our Blanc du Bois fruit from the Tanglewood Vineyards in Brenham, Texas. The grapes sourced from this vineyard, express their usual citrus notes and expressive acidity.
The Tasting Notes:
Honey notes abound in this vintage of Blanc du Bois. You’ll notice herbaceous honey and floral honeysuckle on the nose. The palate is full of silky honey notes with a big citrus finish. The long lasting citrus finish is filled with lemon and lime.
