Reserve Pinot Grigio 2018
The Story:
The view from the Bistro encompasses the beauty of Pecan Park Block where the Estate Pinot Grigio is grown. The Pinot Grigio, planted in 2001, is always the first grape harvested in mid-July. The quality of this fruit is consistently exceptional. The resulting Flat Creek Estate Pinot Grigio is a signature wine and an award-winning wine.
The Tasting Notes:
Our best selling white wine is back with abundant green apple notes, beautiful golden color and the crisp finish you would expect from Pinot Grigio. Grown on our expansive Hill Country Estate, it holds a special place in our hearts and on our dinner table. Enjoy this wine while watching disc golfers tee off in the vineyard and savoring Texas-Tuscan fare at The Bistro. Garlic & Brie with seasonal coulis is a popular appetizer pairing here at the vineyard.
