Reserve Pinot Grigio 2019
The Story:
The view from the Bistro encompasses the beauty of Pecan Park Block where the Estate Pinot Grigio is grown. The Pinot Grigio, planted in 2001, is always the first grape harvested in mid-July. The quality of this fruit is consistently exceptional. The resulting Flat Creek Estate Pinot Grigio is a signature wine and an award-winning wine.
The Tasting Notes:
True Pinot Grigio style shines through in the 2019 vintage. Our 2018 vintage had a softer vanilla note from extended barrel aging. In contrast, the 2019 vintage is crisp with flavors of crab apple. On the nose you'll enjoy a salty floral aroma that invites you to savor mother nature with a glass of Pinot Grigio in hand. Enjoy this wine with a platter of cheeses and fresh fruit on a warm summer afternoon!
