Syrah 2015
The Story:
As the Texas wine industry expands, we are proud to offer a Texas Syrah comprised of 100% Texas Hill Country grapes. The Syrah is grown on the Flat Creek Estate property and is blended with a small amount of Petite Sirah from neighboring Hoover Valley Vineyards. Get out your grill and throw some steaks on to pair with this aggressive Texas wine!
The Tasting Notes:
The 2015 Texas Hill Country Syrah is a blend of grapes from Flat Creek Estate and neighboring Hoover Valley Vineyards. Traditional blueberry and blackberry notes are blended with woodsy cedar to produce an aggressive Texas-style red wine. The wine begs for pork belly or Ukranian Aspic.
