Blanc du Bois 2017
The Story:
The popularity of Blanc du Bois has increased significantly over the past few years and has finally made its way into the Flat Creek wine portfolio. We source our Blanc du Bois fruit from the Tanglewood Vineyards in Brenham, Texas. The grapes sourced from this vineyard, express their usual citrus notes and expressive acidity.
The Tasting Notes:
Reminiscent of the Sauvignon Blanc style which you’ll remember from the 2015 Blanc du Bois, you’ll note light color followed by pale grapefruit, and a clean finish. Enjoy chilled or add a splash of La Croix Sparkling Grapefruit to add some effervescence.
