Reserve Nebbiolo 2014
The Story:
Popular in the Piedmont region of Italy, this light-bodied varietal produces a richly tannic wine. It is a perfect addition to our Italian based portfolio of wines. Nebbiolos are perfect for cellaring since the high tannins will soften and mature with time and become more balanced with the rose, floral and berry notes.
The Tasting Notes:
The 2014 Nebbiolo opens with delicate floral and eucalyptus notes suggesting an equally soft wine but, the bold tannins will surprise you! Drink this wine with braised pork, fried polenta and washed-rind cheeses.
