Pinot Grigio 2015
The Story:
Pinot Grigio is a staple in the Flat Creek Estate portfolio and highly sought after. As distribution spread across Texas, our vineyard Estate was unable to keep up with demand. In 2015 we purchased additional fruit from Texas and growers in Washington state. You’ll find our Estate Bottled Pinot Grigio in our Tasting Room and our Pinot Grigio blend in wine stores across the state. See if you can taste the difference!
The Tasting Notes:
Our 2015 Pinot Grigio is a crisp, dry wine that was 100% Stainless Steel fermented. Washington state Pinot Grigio is blended with Texas Blanc du Bois & Chenin Blanc. The resulting wine is filled with traditional green apple characteristics and a hint of white peach and lime zest.
